How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?

We think you’re going to love our products. But if you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a refund. Send us an email, telling us why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll search for a solution together. The success of our products depends on a range of factors – this is nature we’re dealing with, after all. If we can’t find a suitable solution for you, we will refund the purchase amount.

What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee apply to?

This applies to everything that we at MOOWY influence, such as the quality of our products and packaging. You can assume that your order will be delivered to your home undamaged. We ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible (as indicated in our shipping schedule). In exceptional cases your order may be delayed by our logistics partners – unfortunately we have no influence over that.
